Consent is collected in one of two ways: verbally during a recorded phone call with a venue’s automated receptionist, after it offers to text you and you say yes; or, for venue employees, on that venue’s written staff enrollment form with an unchecked consent box, followed by a confirmation text.
- Message Content: Texts to callers contain only what you asked for, such as a reservation payment link or venue information, one text per request. Staff alerts are internal operational notifications about party inquiries, unpaid deposits, and completed party payments; their frequency varies. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
- Opt-Out Process: You may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying “STOP” to any message or contacting us at support@nexela.com. Upon opting out, you will receive one confirmation text and no further SMS messages from us.
- Help: Reply “HELP” to any message, or email support@nexela.com.
- Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS messages, as determined by your mobile carrier.
- Carrier Compliance: Nexela works with registered SMS service providers to ensure compliance with mobile carrier requirements and The Campaign Registry for A2P 10DLC.
