In a Word document, compose your copy exactly as you need it, and save it where you\u2019re going to want to keep it. Moving it from this location after the fact will require you to repeat the process. Having said that, all it takes to update the necessary link is right-clicking<\/strong> while inside the document and selecting Update Link<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Once this file is saved, highlight and copy your text by either pressing CTRL+C<\/strong>, or by right-clicking<\/strong> it and selecting Copy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Moving over to the document that you want your text to appear, position your cursor where you want it, and click into the Home<\/strong> tab. Access the drop-down under the Paste<\/strong> button and select Paste Special<\/strong>.<\/p>\n A window will appear. With Paste link<\/strong> selected, choose the Formatted Text (RTF)<\/strong> option. Add the text by clicking OK<\/strong>.<\/p>\n If this text ever needs to be changed, you won\u2019t have to go to each place that it has been added.
